Flourishing
A 6-part workshop series
A 6-part series bringing youths and trusted adults together to grow empathy and have honest conversations about mental health — built by people who've navigated the same issues.

About
This isn't a course about fixing
It's a course about understanding yourself — your patterns, your pressures, your reserves, and what it might look like to actually thrive rather than just cope. We use validated tools that measure stress and wellbeing not to label you, but to give you a language for what you've been feeling.
From there, the course opens into something more human: storytelling, small group conversations, and a fishbowl session where youths and trusted adults hear each other — really hear each other — across the generational divide.
It begins with a letter writing workshop and closes with a session on self-care, both designed for youths and trusted adults to do something meaningful side by side — because connection deepens when we learn and create together. You're welcome to show up on your own — no need to bring someone along.

Who this course was designed for
Youths aged 15–24, and the trusted adults in their lives — parents, teachers, caregivers, and anyone who walks alongside young people.
That said, if this sounds like something you'd benefit from and you don't fit neatly into either group, you're still welcome here.
How Flourishing began
Many of us are functioning on the outside, but struggling internally — without the right words or space to articulate how we feel.
Flourishing was birthed from that observation. More than content and knowledge, the course was designed with psychological safety at its core — so that sharing happens organically, and processing happens without pressure.
What we didn't expect was what emerged when youths and trusted adults were in the same room.
The youth facilitators stopped facilitating and started sharing. The adults listened in a way they rarely get to. Something shifted — and that unplanned moment became the design principle for everything that followed.
