Say Know to Bipolar
A 3-part psychoeducation series
For people living with bipolar disorder — grounded in evidence, led by people who know it from the inside.

About
Say Know to Bipolar
is a 3-part psychoeducation course for people living with a diagnosis of bipolar disorder — whether you're newly diagnosed or have been navigating your condition for years. Each session combines evidence-based knowledge with interactive discussion and practical strategies, giving you a language for what you've been experiencing and tools you can actually use.
What makes this course different is what it brings together. Say Know to Bipolar is facilitated by people who hold both lived experience of bipolar disorder and clinical expertise — because understanding a condition from the inside changes how it gets taught. Participants commit to all three sessions, because the learning builds — and so does the trust in the room.

How Say Know to Bipolar Began
For many people living with bipolar disorder, the diagnosis comes with information — but not always understanding. There's a difference.
Say Know to Bipolar grew from that gap. The programme was originally co-created for a single peer — someone considered "treatment-resistant" despite being compliant with medical treatment. What emerged from that process was something worth sharing more widely: psychoeducation that doesn't just explain bipolar disorder, but makes it legible from the inside.
Adapted with permission from the internationally recognised work of Dr. Eduard Vieta and Dr. Francesc Colom, and grounded in over 20 years of lived experience with bipolar disorder, Say Know to Bipolar was developed by Dr. Faith Wong as a ground-up initiative — and brought to the broader community in partnership with SOAR. Because the knowledge that helps one person navigate their condition might be exactly what someone else has been looking for.
