Flourishing
Flourishing brings youths and trusted adults together to build shared language, deepen understanding, and navigate mental health with greater connection.

Project COPE
A recovery-oriented module that supports participants to reflect on work, build confidence, and explore employment in a way that honours both their hopes and their wellbeing.

Say Know to Bipolar
A conversation-based module that uses lived experience, dialogue, and thoughtful questions to reduce stigma and build empathy around mental health and recovery.

Broken Crayons Still Colour
A course on recovery from psychosis — co-produced by people in recovery, mental health professionals, and caregivers. Now living where it can serve best: at IMH's Early Psychosis Intervention Programme.

Slowing Down
A course on the quiet art of slowing down — for anyone who needs permission to stop, reflect, and take care.

Striking Matches
Psychosis, explored honestly — for anyone ready to understand it from the inside out.

Self-Care
Before we can show up for others, we need to be able to show up for ourselves. We equip participants with practical tools for emotional regulation and mental wellbeing — building the inner groundedness that makes honest, relatable conversations sustainable.

Letter Writing
It's sometimes hard to say things out loud. We give participants a quieter, safer way in — using the written word to express thoughts and emotions that conversations don't always reach, and to open dialogues with the people who matter most.
