Returns agency
Our courses are not meant to be prescriptive. You choose what's most suitable for you at any given moment.
Co-produced
Our courses are shaped by lived experience, caregiver wisdom, and professional knowledge — because all three matter.
All courses
Start with the course that feels closest to what you’re carrying, curious about, or hoping to understand
Each SOAR course explores a different part of mental health, recovery, and everyday life. Some courses help you understand your own wellbeing. Some support people navigating work and recovery. Some create space for honest conversations around specific mental health conditions.

Broken Crayons Still Colour

Self-Care
For anyone who needs to refill their mental and emotional tanks
Before we can show up for others, we need to be able to show up for ourselves. We equip participants with practical tools for emotional regulation and mental wellbeing — building the inner groundedness that makes honest, relatable conversations sustainable.

Letter Writing
For anyone with an interest to slow down, breathe, and pen a letter to someone
It's sometimes hard to say things out loud. We give participants a quieter, safer way in — using the written word to express thoughts and emotions that conversations don't always reach, and to open dialogues with the people who matter most.
